Antefatto: alba di un venerdí di inizio agosto, volo Delhi – Istanbul, non riesco a dormire e devo trovare qualcosa per passare il weekend. Quasi tutti sono già in vacanza e per problem vari non posso ne’ fare sforzi ne’ prendere il sole per cui il 99% delle attività interessanti da fare a Mosca in Agosto mi sono precluse. Sorseggiare Hendrick’s & tonic guardando i turisti che fotografano i grattacieli di Moscow City incluso.
Mi viene quindi in mente un mio vecchio pallino, visitare il museo di Monino. Il velocissimo wifi di Turkish Airlines mi viene in aiuto e non solo scopro che il sito è aperto ma che il tempo sarà splendido e saró addirittura accompagnato da un’amica .
Iniziamo con le informazioni logistiche arrivarci è un semplice, Monino è una cittadina a circa 40km da Mosca collegata sostanzialmente da una sola strada abbastanza trafficata. Ovviamente una volta arrivati non c’è assolutamente nessuna indicazione stradale per il museo ed il segnale 3/4G non è che sia dei migliori (per usare un eufemismo) per cui non pensate di usare Maps/Google maps ma dovrete girovagarare per un po’.
Io ho optato questo questa soluzione, come vedere è molto semplice (screenshot di oggi – strada, da “casa mia” a Moscow City fino Monino – limite 90km/h)
C’è anche un treno locale, una sorta di line S milanese per intenderci, che ci mette circa un’ora con buone frequenze ma vi lascia in “centro”. Dovete trovare poi un modo per fare gli ultimi 3km.
Appena scrivo che sto andando a Monino, mi arriva un simpatico messaggino da un forumista di nome I-Dave: “C@@@o se non fai il TR ti affogo nel Selosse andato in aceto”. Per chi non lo conoscesse, I-Dave è quel forumista che vola solo in giacca e cravatta ed ascolta musica commerciale.
Per non rischiare quindi di finire affogato nello champagne andato a male, ecco a voi un piccolo report.
Devo ammetterlo, non mi aspettavo di trovare molti visitatori, ma mai avrei pensato di dover fare la coda in biglietteria! Visitatori al 99,99% locali, moltissimi sui 20-30 anni e tante famiglie. Addirittura ho visto (e rubato un po’ di informazioni) a due visite guidate.
Il museo è diviso in quattro sezioni: Podromi dell’aviazione russa, aerei della seconda Guerra mondiale, esposizione all’aperto di aerei ed elicotteri di epoca sovietica ed infine un hangar con un po’ di prototipi.
Le spiegazioni sono purtroppo al 90% in russo per cui, o parlate la lingua o vi consiglio di fare un po’ di ricerche in internet per sapere cosa si andrà a vedere.
