Re: *** Governo Italiano sostituisce A319 con A340-500 -- FOTO IN ESCLUSIVA --- ***
Curiosando su internet ho trovato le seguenti valutazioni dei leasing, risalenti al 2009 (fonte airliners.net):
Due to the economic slowdown, the market has seen an excess of available overal frames (acute in some models), and definite broad pricing softness.
Here are estimated current market value (USD$mil) based on oldest to newest airframes, and the sample monthly lease rates (USD$,000) based oldest to newest airframes.
Information is derived from transactions and valuation thru January09.
A310-300 - $7.0M-$14.2M, $160-205,000
A319 - $15.5M-$34.3M, $210-295,000
A320 - $10.0M-$41.8M, $210-350,000
A321 - $24.0M-$45.7M, $245-395,000
A330-200 - $52.9M-$93.0M, $530-855,000
A340-300 - $31.2M-$89.4M - $400-780,000
A340-600 -$77.1-121.2M - $675-860,000
B737-300 - $3.M-$9.5M - $90-155,00
B737-700 - $19.0M-$34.5M - $190-300,000
B737-800 - $24.3M-$42.5M - $235-360,000
B747-400 - $23.2M-$97.7M - $375-855,000
B757-200 –$8.1-$20.1M - $125-260,000
B767-300ER – $19.9M-64.7M - $360-600,000
B777-200ER - $61M-$124M - $610-1,000,000
B777-300ER - $99.7M-146.7M - $920-1,250,000
MD-11 – $18.7M-$24.8M - $290-330,000
MD-82 - $1.2M-$4.7M - $30-75,000
CRJ200 - $3.6M-$9.1M - $55-120,000
CRJ700 - $12.3M-18.9M - $130-200,000
CRJ900 - $15.9M-27.4M - $165-240,000
Q400 - $9.6M-$18.8M - $120-190,000
ERJ145 - $5.0M-9.5M - $55-130,000
EMB170 – $15.9M-$23.6M - $150-220,000
EMB190 - $22.1M-$28.3M - $200-245,000
ATR-72 - $6.0M-$17.7M - $75-160,000
The bargain of the month is definitely the MD-80 series which continues to see a slide in values in recent months (-16.8%) and is cheaper to acquire then even a prop or small RJ.
Some models actually have increased in rates, namely the 767-300ER up a fraction 0.8%, while others like the 777 and large RJs are holding their pricing quite steady.
