mai visto in 25% un aumento del 6%. da noi inflazione 2% aumento 1% e poi fanno i titoli: i bancari anno avuto 80 euro di aumento: senza specificare che è spalmato in 5 anni e solo per i gradi alti. ed in cambio si devono rinunciare a ulteriori 8 ore di straordinario a zero euro (valore 150 euro) e la sospensione dello scatto (50 euro) quindi +80-200=-120 (oltre alla perdita di valore d'acquisto per 5 anni) ma scrivono beati bancari e poveri piloti
[Parzialmente OT] Chiamato la Platinum Line di Flying Blue (servizio eccellente come al solito, ai livelli di Amex) per una riprotezione e, per la seconda volta nel giro di neanche un mese, mi hanno proposto AZ (WAW-FCO-EZE), il che non era la mia soluzione preferita visto lo scalo piuttosto lungo (Alitalia ha un solo volo da Varsavia e che arriva a Fiumicino poco dopo le 14...), tuttavia l'alternativa era KLM con un downgrade in classe economica (thanks, but no thanks), visto che sono pieni davanti. La gentilissima addetta mi diceva che da/per il Sud America stanno riproteggendo tantissimi passeggeri sui voli AZ. [/Parzialmente OT]

Air France unions to continue strikes into May despite pay offer
PARIS (Reuters) - Air France (AIRF.PA) unions said they would continue strike action into May, in addition to two further days in April, in a dispute over pay that has already cost the French carrier hundreds of millions of euros.
The unions representing pilots, cabin crew and ground staff plan to go on strike on April 23 and 24, continuing a series of walkouts since the end of February, and said they would update members on new strike dates next week.
Management has proposed a draft agreement that runs for several years, including a pay increase of 2 percent for 2018. That draft agreement, which also contains a general wage increase of 5 percent over the 2019-2021 period, is open for signatures until Friday.
So far, the walkouts have cost parent group Air France-KLM 220 million euros ($272 million).
“Each further day of strikes worsens the financial situation of Air France, affects customer confidence and increases the pressure on those staff not striking,” Air France said in a statement.

Since 22 February 2018, Air France has faced nine days of strikes over pay demands.
Following the completion of the negotiations, and to put an end to the conflict, on 16 April
Management drafted a final multi-year pay proposal ensuring a 7% wage increase over 4
years, in addition to the individual increases. This agreement based on a “growth pact for the
future” has been proposed in order to pursue the growth path initiated with Trust Together
while recognizing staffs’ efforts in a balanced way as promised by Management. This
agreement, open to signature by the representative unions until today, Friday 20 April at
midday, has not received the majority signatures required.
Since November 2016, Air France has been committed to an offensive growth strategy, which
has notably resulted in the launch of a new airline, the entry of new partners into the company’s
capital, the signature of new alliances, new route launches and resumed hiring.
This positive dynamic designed to enable Air France to make up for lost ground produced initial
results in 2017 but must be continued in an uncertain context and facing increasingly fierce
competition.
To date, the estimated cost of this conflict is over 220 million euros. To allow the company to
find a way out of this deadlock situation with serious consequences for the company’s
customers and staff, Air France Chairman, Jean-Marc Janaillac, has decided to launch a
consultation with all the staff.
This consultation by electronic vote, which will begin on 26 April and end early in May, will
invite all company staff to give their opinion on the agreement proposed on 16 April 2018.
“Air France must emerge from this impasse. In the face of such a severe situation and because
the company’s future could be under threat, I have decided to launch this consultation with all
staff who over several years have been fully committed to improving Air France’s
competitiveness. I cannot accept the disaster unfolding whereas a large majority of staff are
not taking part in the strike action. Therefore, to put an end to this disaster and re-affirm the
entire company’s commitment to the growth dynamic, I am calling on everyone to make their
voices heard. I will be personally accountable for the consequences of this vote”, Jean-Marc
Janaillac, Chairman of Air France.

Significativa e rischiosa. La cultura in AF è molto diversa da quella in KL. Nella compagnia francese esiste ancora la mentalità statale e sindacalizzata a tutti i livelli.
Credo sia inevitabile che qualcuno possa trovare qualche analogia fra questa “consultazione” e il “referendum” fra i dipendenti AZ.
Pienamente d’accordo con te. Credo, anzi, che la ‘minaccia’ (piuttosto ‘goffa’, tra l’altro) di JMJ dia un ulteriore assist a sindacati/dipendenti per dar ancor più pressione al management. Insomma, un teatrino che già è costato un po' di Eurini ad AFKL e non sembra esser finita qui di certo.

Ovvio che sì, anche se negli ultimi 3 scioperi sono stato riprotetto 2 volte su AZ (EZE, SCL) ma anche su LH (non ho dovuto nemmeno chiamare in quest'ultima occasione, app aggiornata con nuovo itinerario).

Ma quando se ne escono con queste uscite, perché non è certo la prima volta che capita,ma questi di KLM qualcuno gli ha mai detto che è KLM che appartiene ad Air France e non il contrario?
beh, anche se appartengo a un altro non e' che mi posso far andar bene tutto! Fin quando il brand KLM resta a rappresentare la parte olandese del Gruppo, per di piu' con un CEO (che quindi legittima l'esistenza e una certa ancora indipendenza del vettore), non vedo perche' debba starsene zitto di fronte alla francofona deriva scioperista.

The announcement of new strikes, after 11 previous days of strikes, called by unions representing employees from pilots and cabin crew to ground staff, comes ahead of an airline consultation on the management's salary proposals.
The embattled CEO of Air France-KLM, Jean-Marc Janaillac, last week threatened to resign if Air France staff continued to reject his wage proposals.
Staff and management at the French carrier have been locked in a dispute over pay since February.
Unions say workers deserve to benefit from years of belt-tightening that have returned the carrier to operating profitability, after seeing their wages effectively frozen since 2011.
Management says it cannot afford their demands of a 5.1 per cent increase this year, saying it would undo the benefits of the restructuring efforts.
It is offering an increase of 2 per cent for 2018, with another 5 per cent staggered between 2019 and 2021.
Mr Janaillac said he would circumvent the unions to put the proposals directly to staff in an online ballot.
The strikes have chiefly affected short-haul flights.
The airline says the dispute has set it back by 220 million euros (S$361 million).

gli dico che non sono il CEO e di chiamare Oscar!
Scherzi a parte, credo ci siano degli accordi e che non siano unidirezionalmente vessatori nei confronti della sussidiaria (caso Skywest, che NON e' controllata, ne' proprieta' di UA) o della controllata (caso KLM), tanto meno se una parte dell'azionariato a cui devo rispondere magari sollecita proprio il CEO ad informare il cugino con la baguette che ci si sarebbe pure casse' les balles di questi scioperi!
Il rapporto UA-Skywest rispetto a quello AF-KL credo sia totalmente diverso e il peso di KL non indifferente nella politica del gruppo AF-KL...
