Grossi problemi al sito FR


Il sito mi pare ancora in palla. Ma perchè cambiare il vecchio quando era ottimo!!

Comunque la patente di carta l' ho anche io, con una foto difficilmente riconducibile allo stato attuale!
 
Ma che problema c'è a usare la carta d'identità?
Per quanto riguarda gli zeri, sono spesso vicino alla data di scadenzadel documento, presumibilmente si tratta dell'ora.
 
Anche oggi grossi problemi con FR

ieri stavo cercando di fare il ceck in on line e mi dava continuamente errore...
dopo un po' ho scoperto che lo status del volo era non confermato...vado a chiamare e mi dicono che si vede che il pagamento della carta non era stato autorizzato...
...peccato che il volo di andata sia stato già effettuato... e che ovviamente a me i soldi siano stati prelevati due mesi fa...


che vergogna!!!





Ryanair Booking Site - Flight Booking/Online Check-In System Slow
Due to system problems, access to our flight booking system is currently slow. Please note, that it may take up to 30-60 seconds to move from page to page during the flight booking process. Although, the booking process is slower than normal, bookings can be completed, but the delivery of the confirmation travel itinerary may be delayed.

If you are travelling today and are having difficulties accessing our Online Check-In system you will need to check-in at the airport. No airport check-in fees will be charged to passengers who are unable to check-in online.

Please note that we that we recommend that all customers making new bookings write down their flight confirmation number and flight details as soon as the flight confirmation page is displayed on the PC screen.

N.B. We are experiencing some delays with the payment authorisation system, if the flight confirmation number displayed on your PC has the words NOT CONFIRMED written underneath. Then you should wait several minutes and retrieve your booking online by entering the flight confirmation number and credit/debit card number into the View My Booking option in the Manage My Booking section on the Ryanair.com homepage.

From here you will see if the booking status is either:

NOT CONFIRMED-This means we are still awaiting approval for the payment from the bank you should review the booking again later to see if the flight is confirmed.

CONFIRMED-This means that the payment has been approved and an email travel itinerary will now be sent to the email address provided in the booking at the time of reservation.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOOKING AND AN ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED - This means that the payment was not approved by the bank and the flights in the reservation have been cancelled.

Oggi è proprio morto, poi è resuscitato:) sta di fatto che questi avvisi appaiono ogni giorno e prenotare un volo è diventato un terno al lotto:morto:
 
In effetti non è accettabile che il sistema non funzioni per così tanto tempo.
Devono darsi una mossa. Potrebbe essere giunto il momento delle decisioni irrevocabili, tipo tornare al vecchio sistema.
 
E' da un anno a questa parte che il sito ha problemi seri! O'Leary anzichè parlare di stronzate che impieghi un pò di soldini per fare un sito decente!
