Italian regional airline SkyAlps has announced the opening of flights from the company base of operations in Bolzano, Italy, to Copenhagen, Hannover and Warsaw, all due to start during the IATA Winter 2025/26 season!
This wave of expansion comes as parts of the airline's fleet are still grounded from February, after an investigation into safety related matters by the Italian civil aviation regulator. Furthermore, reports still indicate that SkyAlps is still pursuing an IOSA certificate, dubbed a necessity by ITA Airways and Lufthansa for consideration of codeshare operations.
