Sarebbe stato corretto da parte loro contattarti. Le foto se non specificato sono soggette a licenza e copyright. Fai una stampata della pagina, e conserva i RAW della foto, se vuoi ci tiri fuori un po' di soldini, anche se probabilmente dovrai andarci giù pesante.

Quello che hanno fatto è scorretto, probabilmente lo fanno sempre contando che poi in pochi facciano valere i propri diritti. Mi fa piacere non succedano solo in italia queste cose

premetto che non la conosco, ma sembra essere un'agenzia fotografica.

E' prassi usuale dividere a metà (salvo agenzie microstock dove la percentuale maggiore spesso è trattenuta dall'agenzia). In pratica loro proporranno la fotografia a giornali e telegiornali e chi la compra pagherà loro una cifra, (prezzo stimato 80 / 100 £) per pubblicazione su giornale a bassa tiratura - 200+ £ per giornale a larga tiratura o più ancora se copertina etc.. ) Le agenzie vengono contattate dai giornali o in altri casi sono loro stesse a proporre eventuale materiale esclusivo.

Ci sono solo vantaggi, loro vendono merce che tendenzialmente non pagano in anticipo, e danno a te visibilità immediata ai loro clienti, e visto che le foto sono belle, credo venderanno parecchio.

Unico neo, spesso queste agenzie hanno un limite di venduto (di solito 50/100 - €/$/£ e non pagano fino al raggiungimento di tale importo. Contratta bene, vedrai che se vogliono la foto in esclusiva cedono anche loro.

Eh sì, vedo che continuano a 'servirsi' senza scrupoli.
Per quanto riguarda l'esclusiva per AC...beh quella non era nemmeno in discussione! :)

Notevole comunque la foto, al link che hai postato, dei francesi che ispezionano l'aereo!

La foto non é molto buona ma sembra un Mirage 2000-5 della base di Digione (sul timone dovrebbe essere una cicogna in campo blu). Probabilmente dovevano essere già in servizio scramble e quindi armati.
Come mai fossero li mi piacerebbe saperlo, il 757 aveva sconfinato in Francia senza avvertire ? L'equipaggio ha chiesto un ispezione visiva e non c'era nessuno piu' vicino ?
Non é un po' pericoloso avvicinarsi a un velivolo che perde carburante ?

Quindi sembra non avere alcun nesso con il fatto in questione (anche perchè mi pareva strano ache l'a/m fosse arrivato fino a Sestrière -> a fare che?)
