ILFC serves default notices on Wind Jet over Airbuses

US-based lessor International Lease Finance (ILFC) has issued default notices to Italian airline Wind Jet for failure to pay rent on nine aircraft.
Sources familiar with the situation state that the notices have been served on the airline, which operates a network of European services primarily from Forli and Catania.
Wind Jet uses a fleet of Airbus A319 and A320 twin-jets. Neither ILFC nor Wind Jet was immediately available for comment.
