Volota has fulminated 34% of its social capital in order to, according to the experts, in order to refinance some of the losses that it suffered during its first three years in operation. The airline, which is currently working "at full speed", has also made societal changes. *

Volotea has fulminated 34% of its capital in order to balance its accounts. The low-cost airline has reduced capital from 6.3 million euros to 4.133 million euros, in an operation that experts are reading as a move to refinance some of the losses the company suffered during the first three years of operation. *

*"Volotea is running at full speed. A few months ago it was even speculated that it would enter the stock market. The reduction can be explained by the debt accumulated when it began operation in 2012", explained sources from the commercial aviation sector. *

Indeed, the low-cost airline registered a net loss of 7.1 million euros – 28.05% less than the previous financial year, when excess rose to 9.9 million according to the Mercantile Register.

Internal order

In addition to the financial operation, the airline owned by the ex-founders of Vueling, Lázaro Ros and Carlos Muñoz, had transformed into a limited company, whereas previously it had been a limited partnership. **

The denomination change "is a consequence of the decision approved by the administrative council in order to more loyally reflect the business reality and dimension. It does not suppose any significant alteration for the company beyond the strict legal order", indicated a company spokesperson.

Other sources close to the airline have indicated that the changes "are a response to a complicated layout". It should be remembered that the low-cost's shareholding features three funds: manager Axis (ICO), Corpfin Capital and CCMP Capital.*

*Europe*

It should be remembered that Volotea is an airline that plumps to fly from airports with less traffic. "It's focus is on Europe, not so much Spain. Focusing on destinations in which Ryanair and easyJet are not competing", reminds an aviation expert. It's a winning recipe: from January to June, the airline increased its average occupation to 72%; 66% more than when it started out.

dal punto di vista delle operazioni a terra il B717 è solo foriero di scocciature. ben vengano i 319;

Potresti spiegare meglio?
