Scandinavian airline SAS said on Friday its October traffic, measured in revenue passenger kilometers, fell 8.8 percent from a year ago.
The airline, half-owned by Sweden, Norway and Denmark, said its passenger load factor, a measure of how successful it is in filling seats, fell 3.7 percentage points to 69.0 percent.
Yield in September, the latest month for which data is available, was up 6.9 percent and the airline said it expected yield development in October to be positive, though to a lesser extent than in the preceding month.
