"... and no damage to the aircraft was reported by Thai media. ..."

Mi ricorda il raffreddore di Breznev

Grazie :)

Anche AvHerald lo riporta:

A Thai Airways Airbus A350-900, registration HS-THB performing flight TG-221 from Bangkok to Phuket (Thailand) with 138 passengers and 14 crew, landed on Phuket's runway 27 at 19:46L (12:46Z), but went temporarily left off the runway, damaged four left main tyres and a number of runway edge lights before returning onto the runway. The airport reported the occurrence also caused damage to the runway which could be quickly repaired. The airport went into operation again after about 2.5 hours.

The airline reported despite poor weather and poor visibility the aircraft was cleared to land, a gust blew the aircraft off the runway. Four wheels were damaged as result of the occurrence.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Phuket 26 hours after landing.

Aereo poi riparato e riportato ferry a Mxp.
