Baggage Handlers Strike At Bologna Airport 04/03/2009 - updated 4th March 2009 at 10:30UTC

Ryanair has been advised of a planned strike by baggage handlers at Bologna Airport on Wednesday 4th March 2009 between 14:00 and 16:00 local time.

A contingency plan has been put in place which should allow Ryanair flights to and from Bologna operate during the strike. We have received an advice this morning that baggage facilities will be available and consequently we will be able to accept checked in luggage on flights to and from Bologna today.

In the event that the strike escalates we may be forced to take further action, up to and including the acceptance of hand luggage only or the cancellation of flights to and from Bologna.

Ryanair apologises for any inconvenience caused to our customers by this baggage handler's which is completely outside our control.

Please check this website further today for further updates.

Domanda:
