Crash: NOAR L410 near Recife on Jul 13th 2011, lost height

A NOAR Linhas Aereas LET L-410, registration PR-NOA performing scheduled flight 4896 from Recife,PE to Natal,RN (Brazil) with 14 passengers and 2 crew, was in the initial climb when the crew called Mayday around 06:51L (09:51Z). The airplane was seen steeply descending, impacted a field at Avenida Beira Mar/Avenida Boa Viagem about 1.2 nm from the runway end and burst into flames. The airplane was completely destroyed, all occupants perished.
Recife fire department said, none of the occupants could be save alive.
Brazil's Forca Aerea (FAB) reported that immediately after takeoff the crew declared emergency and indicated they would attempt an emergency landing at the beach at Boa Viagem. The airplane impacted ground on a free spot between city districts Piedade and Boa Viagem resulting in total loss of life and aircraft. 16 people were on board of the aircraft. The sequence of events: 06:51:00L takeoff from runway 18, 06:51:55L emergency call reporting technical trouble indicating a return to runway 36, 06:53:57L crew indicated they could not reach runway 36 and attempted emergency landing on the beach of Boa Viagem, 06:54:18L radar signal lost. Segundo Servico Regional de Investigacao e Prevencao de Acidentes Aeronauticos (SERIPA II) is investigating the crash.
