3952 slots distribués à Orly
Le Cohor, l'organisme qui gère la répartition des créneaux à Orly vient de faire une nouvelle distribution de 3952 slots pour la saison hiver 2010.

Les candidats nouveaux entrants étaient British Airways pour un quotidien sur Montreal, Air Berlin pour un vol hebdo sur Berlin, Easyjet Suisse pour trois quotidiens sur Bologne, un quotidien sur Pise et un quotidien sur Naples, Germanwings pour 12 vols hebdo sur Cologne et 13 vols hebdo sur Hanovre, Airlinair pour deux vols quotidiens sur Saint-Etienne, Transavia France pour un vol quotidien sur Grenade et Wizzair pour 4 vols hebdo sur Budapest et 4 vols hebdo sur Prague.

Le Cohor a attribué 1976 slots aux nouveaux entrants. Germanwings a donc été autorisée à opérer 12 vols hebdo sur Cologne et Transavia France un quotidien sur Grenade. 1976 autres slots ont été partagés entre les opérateurs déjà en place : un vol quotidien à Openskies, six vols hebdo à Aigle Azur, trois vols hebdo à Air Europa et trois vols hebdo à Vueling.

Non a caso dopo manco mezz'ora dalla pubblicazione qui la notizia è stata subito riportata su un altro noto blog bolognese... ovviamente nemmeno stavolta nessuna fonte è citata correttamente... è stata segnalata come proveniente dal sito della Cohor, manco fosse sorvegliato di continuo ("è il caso della motizia comparsa pochi minuti fà sul sito del Cohor") ahahah... :D :D :D

Di fatto la base di armamento sarebbe in svizzera. Quelli che fa easyJet sono tutti nightstops. Se n'era già discusso con il contributo di un utente del forum per quanto riguardava MXP tempo fa.
 
Azzeriamo tutti i discorsi fatti, abbiamo parlato per nulla: rileggendo bene l'articolo iniziale nel primo paragrafo si citano le compagnie che hanno richiesto slot ma solo nel secondo paragrafo ci sono quelle che li hanno ottenuti e non c'è traccia di Easyjet. Sarebbe interssante conoscere con quali criteri vengono scelte le compagnie a cui attribuire slot.

Certo, un 3xd in partenza sarebbe eccessivo anche se Bologna ha da sempre un grosso legame con Parigi e la Francia...

certamente, uno slot assegnato è ben lontano da un volo pianificato... però il fatto che ancora sia in piedi una richiesta di questo tipo dopo anni di rottura tra EasyJet e il Marconi fa piacere, dopotutto lo spazio per un volo su ORY ci sarebbe, Myair riempiva bene quando lo operava e BVA di FR è tutt'altro che concorrenziale ad ORY...
Sarebbe un gradito ritorno, chissà che il management attuale di SAB più incline al low cost non sia riuscito a ricucire lo strappo :)
 
ORY - 1st June 2010 New slot pool allocation

The State recently returned all or part of the slots previously reserved for Public Service Obligation routes (Paris-Orly/ Cherbourg –CER- and Paris-Orly/Beziers – BZR.

Moreover some carriers have not claimed their historic slots and other air carriers have lost some of their historic slots.
A pool of 3952 slots at Paris-Orly airport was then made available for reallocation.

COHOR, appointed as Paris-Orly airport co-ordinator by the modified French Minister of Transport order of August 27th, 1996 and in accordance with the amended Council Regulation 95/93 of January 18th, 1993 on common rules for the allocation of slots at Community airports, distributed the entire pool on an annual basis considering the waiting list made of requests filed for the aeronautical Winter 2010 season (W10) and received by May 13th, 2010.

The Council Regulation 95/93 which was amended in July 2004 stipulates that carriers must clearly request themselves the new entrant status and that half of the pool must be allocated between carriers' requests with new entrant status.

The carriers having claimed this new entrant status (and which are entitled to it) are:
British Airways (1 daily flight to Montreal), Air Berlin (1 weekly flight to Berlin), easyJet Switzerland (3 daily flights to Bologne, 1 daily to Pise and one daily to Naples), Germanwings (12 weekly flights to Cologne et 13 weekly flights to Hanover), Airlinair (2 daily flights to Saint-Etienne), Transavia France (1 daily flight to Grenada), Wizzair (4 weekly flights to Budapest et 4 weekly flights to Prague).


The airlines that have benefited from the distribution of the slot pool are (please click on "Attached Document" for further details):

As new entrant (1 976 slots):
• Germanwings (1248) :12 weekly flights to Cologne (CGN) [article 2b ii) of the Slot Regulation]
• Transavia France (728) : 1 daily flight to Grenada (GRX) [article 2b ii) of the Slot Regulation]

As incumbents (1 976 slots):
• Openskies (728): 1 daily flight
• Aigle Azur (624): 6 weekly flights
• Air Europa (312) : 3 weekly flights
• Vueling (312) : 3 weekly flights



These slots were allocated on the basis of submissions for the aeronautical Winter 2010 season (W10). However, the carriers which have been allocated these new slots on an annual basis and willing to start their year round operations already before the end of the current aeronautical Summer 2010 season (S10) will be allowed to do so.

The reserved number of slots for year-round services will be allocated for the aeronautical summer 2011 season (S11) provided that the new services will really start for the winter 2010 season (W10) and that the year round operation requests are duly confirmed by carriers by the industry submission deadline for S11.

Credo che 9 voli al giorno su Parigi da BLQ siano una follia. Peraltro non credo che né i 5d AF né quello di FR siano così pieni da giustificare tutti questi nuovi voli. Probabilmente AF dovrà ridurrà i prezzi sul ptp e questa sarà comunque un' ottima cosa.
 
Confermato anche dall' articolo in inglese che è piu' chiaro: zero slot assegnati ad Easyjet sia come nuovo entrante (Easyjet Swiss) sia come compagnia già operante a ORY

9 voli al giorno sulla tratta BLQ-Parigi sono troppi ma se scendesse in campo U2 chi ne risentirebbe sarebbe FR su BVA, AirFrance a BLQ è uno zoccolo duro che macina prosecuzioni per i suoi voli per quelli Delta, AeroMexico, Korean e China Southern. Il ptp di AF è la meno.

FR non ne sentirebbe neanche piu' di tanto, perche' "purtroppo" chi cerca un volo a basso costo, come prima pagina digitata non è easyjet ma www.ryanair.it.
