Nuova business Lufthansa da fine 2011

riporto quanto chiaramente scritto nel sito da cui e' tratta la foto:

While confirming the new premium cabin, Lufthansa hedged that the photo of the seats shown at the investor presentation last week was "not an official image of our new business class".
"The snapshot doesn't show the final version of the seat", an airline spokesperson told Australian Business Traveller.

quindi.... meglio aspettare qualcosa di piu' definitivo... (e speriamo bene...)
 
Questa dovrebbe essere la nuova J di LH. Il rendering a quanto pare era realistico. Purtroppo.

Dopo tutta questa attesa potevano fare di meglio, soprattutto sembra strettina come seduta. L'unica cosa buona è che si sono risparmiati di creare dei loculi a incastro.

Il forumista LHPII di Flyertalk, insider LH notoriamente molto affidabile, scrive quanto segue:

"the seats featured on seat guru are already sitting in Lufthansa Flight Training Center in FRA for sometime for crew training......so those are the new business class seats."

Comunque il prossimo 7 marzo dovrebbe esserci la presentazione ufficiale.
 
ma non vi sembra che questi sedili garantiranno poca privacy? Creano una sorta di triangolo...e non vedo privacy dividers.
 
..fosse questa, lh ha perso l'occasione di poter rilanciare il suo prodotto di business
Ho volato con la business di LH diverse volte, e devo essere sincero, le poltrone sono davvero scomode, soprattutto per dormire, si scivola verso il basso, e si fa fatica a distendere le gambe; inoltre capita che se sei sul finestrino, per alzarti devi disturbare chi sta seduto di fianco..
 
A giudicare da questo comunicato stampa di LH a breve sapremo come sarà definitivamente

East Meadow, NY, February 23, 2012 – After a three year hiatus, Lufthansa will once again be present with its own booth at the ITB international tourism fair in Berlin, occurring March 7 to 11. At its newly designed area in Hall 25, the airline will display its current business and leisure travel offerings, as well as new ground and in-flight products, to trade guests and the general public. Lufthansa’s latest seat offerings will also be on exhibit, including the new, highly-anticipated Business Class seat, which will be unveiled to the public for the very first time.

“Our participation in the world’s largest tourism fair not only reflects our strong commitment to Berlin, but also enables us to present a whole range of new products and service innovations for leisure and business travelers as well as for our tourism partners,” said Jens Bischof, member of the Lufthansa German Airlines Board. “With the opening of Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt Airport in June, we will dramatically increase the number of destinations we serve non-stop from the German capital to other countries in Europe and the Middle East from ten to 38. We are coupling this with a new pricing concept. From Berlin, we will fly our customers to dozens of European destinations for as little as 49 euros one-way.”

Vado controcorrente. A me non dispiace affatto.
Ovviamente andrebbe provata, ma sembra un prodotto interessante e che offre un buon spazio vitale non troppo claustrofobico per una decina di ore, per quanto si possa capire.
Direi il problema maggiore è che quando il sedile corridoio è orizzontale il passeggero nel sedile con finestrino non riesce ( o comunque fa fatica) ad uscire.
La configurazione leggermente a V a me non sembra stupida, anzi.
 
E' ottima se uno viaggia con la moglie o con un amico, l'idea di farmi 10 ore così con un estraneo non mi alletterebbe...

Che stanno installando su Cathay, US Airways e American Airlines.

Certo e' buffo che American e Lufthansa scelgono sempre gli stessi sidili (prima i recaro poi questi che non so chi li produca!)
