La Finlandese sarà probabilmente FinncomFlybe Plans Stock Listing, Seeks Flybaboo Takeover, Sunday Times Reports
By Mathew Carr - Nov 14, 2010 9:13 AM GMT+0100
Flybe, Britain’s biggest domestic airline, plans to list its shares on the London Stock Exchange, raising money to potentially buy two rivals including Flybaboo, the Sunday Times newspaper reported, without saying how it obtained the information.
Flybe’s directors decided to go ahead with the listing at a meeting on Nov. 12, the newspaper said. The share sale would value the company at about 200 million pounds ($320 million), it said.
One possible takeover target is Flybaboo, a Swiss regional airline based in Geneva, the newspaper said. Another is an unspecified Finnish carrier, it said.
