La compagnia è ormai prossima al grounding. Le verrà revocato l'AOC è ormai ho perso il contro dei ferry su skyliner degli aerei in restituzione ai lessor in messi al prato all'estero. Per ora sono stati restituiti tutti gli A321, alcuni 737-300, alcuni -400, tutti i -700, alcuni -800, un paio di 747 e un 763. Ma vado a memoria.
Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has announced that it will revoke Transaero Airlines' Air Operators Certificate (AOC) with effect from October 26 citing numerous violations of the country's Federal Air Regulations (FAR).
The regulatory body said an audit of Transaero's books and operations earlier this month showed the struggling carrier lacks the financial resources "to service, repay debt and fund ongoing operations in full."
Among the agency's gravest concerns are a lack of funding to ensure adequate crew simulator training, airworthiness inspections for its varied fleet of aircraft, and the timely repair and maintenance of aircraft. All of these, the agency said, "could generate additional risks and threats to the security of air travel". In light of these shortcomings, Rosaviatsia says Transaero no longer complies with local FARs thus warranting the revocation - not suspension - of its AOC.
Passengers affected by the grounding will be assisted by various other Russian carriers while 6,000 out of the 10,000 affected Transaero personnel will be absorbed into Aeroflot (SU, Moscow Sheremetyevo). Others will be able to take advantage of a newly established aviation job centre.
It is uncertain how the development will affect S7 Group's bid to take control of Transaero's shareholding which was announced on Tuesday, October 20 by S7 Group's chief executive and shareholder Vladislav Filev and Transaero's founder and majority shareholder, Alexander Pleshakov. Under the proposed deal, Filev said S7 had a plan to normalize relations with Transaero creditors who are collectively owed over RUB250 billion (USD3.8 billion).

Ovviamente non appena si parla di aerei restituiti, non ritirati, ecc ecc nella discussione deve sempre e comunque entrarci Alitalia.

No, mai visto, infatti proprio per questo motivo sarebbe un'ottima operazione. Mi sembra, ma poi mi sbaglierò, che su un altro thread si dicesse qualche giorno fa che questo è l'aereo fatto dal sarto per la compagnia.

Credo che vada sottolineato anche in luce dei possibili accordi con S7 e le banche creditrici.
Qui si parla di revoca, non di semplice sospensione.

The Russian Ministry of Transport has begun reallocating Transaero Airlines (UN, Moscow Vnukovo) route permissions as the airline's impending termination of operations on October 26 looms.
In a statement to the TASS news agency, the ministry said it had granted the Aeroflot Group access to fifty-six out of the Transaero's 156 international routes for the period October 26, 2015 to October 30, 2016 with an added option to extend the authority should they prove economically viable. The remainder will be redistributed among other Russian carriers, it added.
"The decision was made to issue a temporary authorization to Aeroflot Group of companies for 56 out of 156 international routes of Transaero for the purpose of ensuring air traffic continuity and preventing large-scale failures to carry passengers that bought tickets to Transaero flights," the statement said.
Transaero's domestic routes will also be reallocated to other Russian carriers without prejudice.

Altra infornata di 738 e 777 che vanno in Spagna sta mattina. Sarebbe interessante vedere una foto del piazzale di Tereul. Secondo me è diventato una specie di enclave russa con tutto sti aerei.
