Dear Sir/Madam,
Centralwings planes still fly and will be flying. The company offers and will continue to offer cheap air transport.
The situation in the market of low-cost carriers in Poland forced Centralwings to adapt the timetable to the market reality and requirements. The Company decided to concentrate on the most profitable connections in the summer season. Of course, the connections offered under the charter-mix formula to individual customers are retained in addition to regular connections. All charter contracts signed with travel agents will also be honoured.
We will responsibly serve all our passengers and fulfil all our commitments.
To passengers on cancelled or changed flights, we suggest using other Centralwings flights on similar routes or on different dates. Obviously, we will refund money for unused tickets to passengers to whom we are unable to offer flights that meet their expectations.
Consultants from the call centre passenger service are informing all passengers of any modifications affecting them. They also agree upon further action with each of these passengers (e.g. travel postponement to another flight). We would like to ask you to be patient; we are continuing to contact passengers and inform them of the changes. The passengers we contact first are those with the shortest time left to the departure date. Unfortunately, line overloads to which our system is not adapted result in connection difficulties for which we sincerely apologize. As an emergency measure, we have opened additional lines and the situation can now be considered stable.
