Dopo la sospensione dei voli da LHR, BA chiude anche tutti i voli operati da LCY verso la capitale irlandese.
Withdrawal of London City-Dublin route
BA CityFlyer have announced they are to withdraw services between London City airport and Dublin with effect Monday 2 March 2009.
Customers due to travel between 2 - 28 March 2009 inclusive will be rebooked as follows:
- Customers from BA8461/3/5 will be rebooked onto BA8080/2/6 respectively, from Gatwick to Dublin.
- Customers from BA8462/4/6 will be rebooked onto BA8081/3/7 respectively, from Dublin to Gatwick.
BA CityFlyer have reached an agreement with Aer Lingus to reaccommodate customers booked to travel from 29 March 2009 onwards. Passengers will be rebooked on alternative flights from London Heathrow to Dublin.
BA volerà, dunque, con propri aerei soltanto dall'aeroporto di Gatwick alla volta di Dublino.
