WINDJET LEASES THREE (3) USED AIRBUS A319-100 AIRCRAFT FROM ILFC
Century City, CA, January 6, 2009 — International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced the lease placement of three (3) used Airbus A319-100 aircraft to WINDJET.
WINDJET, based in Catania, Italy, leased three (3) used Airbus A319-100 aircraft from ILFC. The aircraft, MSN 2698, 2723 and 2424, are powered by IAE V2524-A5 engines. MSN 2698 and 2723 delivered in December 2008 with a lease term of 6 years each. MSN 2424 is scheduled to deliver in January 2009 with a lease term of 6.5 years.
