Air Seychelles Ends Europe Service with Paris Cancellation from S12

As per 21NOV11 GDS inventory display, Air Seychelles from 25MAR12 is ending European operation, with the cancellation of Seychelles – Paris CDG service. The airline has closed the reservation and removed flight schedules in its system. This website on Thursday 17NOV11 reported that the airline is cancelling service to the UK and Italy from mid-Jan 2012.
By Northern Summer 2012 season, the airline will only operate 1 weekly to Johannesburg and 2 weekly Mauritius, as well as up to 98 weekly service to Praslin.
Previously planned Paris CDG schedule for Northern Summer 2012:

Air Austral Plans to Start Seychelles – Paris in NS12

Indian Ocean carrier Air Austral has proposed scheduled service between Seychelles and France, followed by the decision of Air Seychelles withdrawing its European service.
Air Austral currently planning twice weekly Boeing 777-300ER service on St. Denis de la Reunion – Seychelles – Paris CDG routing, effective 27MAR12. Schedules are listed in the GDS, but not open for reservation. On St. Denis de la Reunion – Seychelles sector, it’ll see capacity boost with 777-300ER replacing 737-800 aircraft.

Hanno fretta di sbaraccare anche da Parigi, dove anticipano la chiusura di 2 mesi e mezzo al 10 Gennaio (invece del pianificato 25 Marzo)

Appena tornato dalle Seycelles...confermo quanto sopra... Ho avuto la sensazione che la compagnia dia un po' allo sbando... Indipendentemente dal fatto che non si capisce i criteri con cui schedulano i voli interni...mi hanno mandato una mail con l'indicazione del cambiamento di orario del mio volo Praslin-mahe delle 21.30 con uno alle 19.30... Alla mia richiesta se vi fossero altre alternative più tardi...mi hanno risposto: si c'è un volo alle 21.15, 21,30 (quello che dovevo prendere io) e 22,00!!! In apt mi hanno spiegato che i voli successivi alla riprotezione sarebbero probabilmente arrivati a Praslin...ma non sarebbero ripartiti se non c'erano abbastanza pax. Cmq non capisco come possa sopravvivere la campagnia praticamente con i soli voli interni...(oltre ad settimanale con JNB e con un volo con le mauritus che non capisco quale senso oramai abbia...visto che non ci don possibilità di connessioni)
