alla fine della fiera che differenze sostanziali esistono tra il contratto piloti U2 italiano ed il nuovo contratto CAI? Grazie per la risposta. Qui di seguito riporto il contratto italiano U2:

easyJet sector pay factoring

Short sectors are those with a great circle distance 400nm or less and these attract sector pay at a rate of 0.8 of the nominal rate.

Medium sectors are those with a great circle distance of 401nm to 1000nm inclusive and these attract sector pay at a rate of 1.2 of the nominal rate.

Long sectors are those with a great circle distance of 1001nm or more and these attract sector pay at a rate of 1.5 of the nominal rate.

Sector Pay for other Duties

Ground Training Duties: A payment equal to 2 sectors pay per simulator or annual recurrent ground training duty day.

Night Stops: A payment equal to 2 sectors pay per night stop away from base except for trainees undergoing initial or recurrent ground training including simulator and those undergoing internal command conversion.

Ad Hoc Office Duty: Unless a permanent arrangement in lieu of sector pay has been agreed with an individual and where loss of sector pay adjustment is not made to salary, any office duties performed at the behest of the Company will be paid at the rate equivalent to 2 sectors per day.

Airport Standby: Airport Standby (ASBY) payments:

0-4 hrs - payment equivalent to 1 nominal sector
Over 4 hrs - payment equivalent to 2 nominal sectors
If you are called out to fly within the first 4 hours of ASBY, the flying sectors earned will be paid and no payment will be made for ASBY. If a Pilot is called out to fly after 4 hours on ASBY, the Pilot may claim 1 sector for the first 4 hours of ASBY and will be paid the sectors earned.

Examiner/Instructor: In addition to the payment equal to 2 sectors ground allowance, Examiners/Instructors performing such duties on the ground, including simulator, will be paid an Examiners/Instructors allowance of €56 per day whenever the examining/instructing duty exceeds 4 hours.

Loyalty Bonus Payments
Captains
Captains will be paid a bonus on the second and subsequent anniversaries of joining the company in accordance with the table below, provided he or she has not given or been given notice on their qualifying date.

Loyalty bonuses are paid based on the salary current at the time of payment. Pilots on part time contracts will be paid the loyalty bonus pro rata.

First Officers
All First Officers will receive a bonus of 5% of combined basic pay to be paid on the third and subsequent anniversaries of joining, provided he or she has not given or been given notice on their qualifying date.

Retirement Age
The normal retirement age for pilots is 60 for men and 55 for women.

Pilot Benefits
Annual leave: 25 days per year.

Loss of Licence Insurance: Cover is 1.3 times annual combined basic pay subject to a maximum sum insured of GBP150, 000.

Death in Service & Personal Accident Insurance: Death in Service cover is 4 times basic salary. Personal accident cover for prescribed injuries or disablement is also provided. Both are paid net of any statutory benefits.

Medicals: Flight crew will be reimbursed for the actual cost of their Class one medical certificate renewal based on CAA/JAA requirements and recommended charges.

Car Parking: Access to a staff car park at a pilot’s base will be provided free of charge.

Uniform Allowance: €25 per month for maintenance and upkeep of the uniform.

Staff Travel: easyJet operates a staff travel policy and details of this policy can be found in the employee People Handbook.

Part Time Working: Part time contracts are available at 50% and 75%, following a minimum of 12 months at full time in accordance with pilot protocols on the company intranet.

Standby Duty: When on home standby, a crew member will have 90 minutes from call out to report for duty in the crew room. It is the pilot's responsibility to ensure that they remain within reach by telephone during periods of standby, and when away from a landline, this includes responsibility for remaining within adequate mobile phone network coverage.

easyJet Share Options: easyJet operates share option schemes and details of these schemes are communicated to all employees who are eligible on an annual basis.
 
Il contratto CAI consta di 60 pagine, 27 per i comandanti, 23 per i piloti e 10 di parte generale, è inutile starlo a descrivere qui è disponibile free sui siti dei principali sindacati confederali.
Ad esempio QUI
Basti per tutto la descrizione del part time, nel contratto U2 bastano due righe per dire che i piloti possono essere impiegati, dopo il primo anno, al 50% o 75%.
Nel contratto CAI ce ne vogliono 36 per dire che l'azienda potrà impiegare i piloti a tempo parziale con le modalità che paiono a lei e modificabili con 5 giorni di preavviso.

Ho provato una simulazione di turno medio raggio AZ volato secondo i parametri U2, il lato economico mi ha fatto sgorgare una lacrimuccia.
Io ancora non ho smesso di piangere da quando ho letto per la prima volta il contratto italiano U2....
 
... ma il supremi comandanti Berti e Notaro queste cose non le sanno ?

Dipingono ancora le low cost come compagnie poco sicure dove ci sono comandanti vecchi decrepiti e F/O sbarba che nessuno vorrebbe, ovviamente poi strapazzano i dipendenti e sono (per definizione) poco sicure !!!

Non è un mio rappresente, se lo fosse lo avrei fermato in un corridoio e gli avrei fatto cambiare idea su molte cose ... non v'è nessun Braveheart con tre o quattro bianari sulle maniche ?
