Interessante mossa di Kuwait Airways che effettuerà uno scalo a Shannon nel suo volo Kuwait-New York, in questo modo i pax potranno utilizzare la preclearance per gli USA.
Kuwait Airways to stopover in Shannon on JFK flights
Kuwait Airways (KU, Kuwait) will now incorporate a stopover in Shannon on its 3x weekly nonstop Kuwait-New York JFK transatlantic flights the official KUNA news agency has reported.
The stopover is necessary for security precautions the report said without elaborating. The return sector will, however, operate direct.
Shannon offers airlines serving the United States full US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) preclearance facilities.
Kuwait Airways also offers another 3x weekly return service to New York JFK, albeit with a stopover at London Heathrow.
