As per 24OCT11 GDS timetable and inventory display, Ethiopian Airlines’ Winter 2011/12 Operation changes as follows. Note the following does not cover most of African region, which in principal sees aircraft swaps on selected periods.
Details:
Addis Ababa – Bahrain Overall service is CANCELLED. Service currently operates 3 weekly via Kuwait on outbound, and originally planned to operate as standalone service from 30OCT11 (which is cancelled altogether)
Addis Ababa – Bangkok 30OCT11 – 28NOV11 Service reduces from 11 weekly to 5 weekly
Addis Ababa – Beijing 30OCT11 – 27NOV11 Reduces from Daily to 6 weekly, Boeing 777-200LR operating
Addis Ababa – Beirut 30OCT11 – 04DEC11 Reduces from Daily to 6 weekly
Addis Ababa – Delhi – Hangzhou Service increases from 5 weekly to Daily

Addis Ababa – Jeddah Daily 757 service, except Day 2 operates with 737-800 (767 operates on Day 2 from 02NOV11 to 22NOV11)
Addis Ababa – Kuwait Daily round-trip nonstop service with Boeing 737-800 (Existing 3 of 7 weekly service operates via Bahrain on inbound)

Addis Ababa – Mumbai Service remains Daily. Boeing 757 replaces 767-300ER on Day 6 from ADD, Day 7 from BOM
Addis Ababa – Riyadh Boeing 737-700 replaces -800 on Day 256 from ADD, Day 367 from RUH. Overall service remains Daily
Addis Ababa – Rome – London Heathrow – Addis Ababa 2 weekly ET700/701 operation operates with Boeing 767-300ER, replaces 757-200. Overall service to London remains at 6 weekly but will see capacity increase as a result
Addis Ababa – Rome – Washington Dulles – Addis Ababa 30OCT11 – 23NOV11 Routine reduction from Daily to 5 weekly, 777-200LR operating
*Planned 3 weekly service to Toronto via Rome is still not seen in Reservation system
*Boeing 777-200LR aircraft no longer operates service to Nairobi
*New local routes to Khartoum in Sudan continues in W11
