Turkish Airlines W11 International Operation Changes as of 15SEP11

As per 15SEP11 GDS timetable display, latest changes to planned Turkish Airlines’ Winter 2011/12 International operation as follows.
As always additional changes remain possible:
Istanbul – Algiers Daily Airbus A330-300 operation
Istanbul – Amman 2 Daily Airbus A321 service
Istanbul – Baghdad Daily 737-800 service, replacing -700
Istanbul – Damascus Service to continue operates Daily, reduced from 18 weekly in W10. Daily 737-800 service
Istanbul – Dammam Airbus A320 replaces A319, 3 weekly
Istanbul – Donetsk Boeing 737-700 and -800 operates 2 weekly each. (Increase from 2 to 4 weekly from late-Sep 2011)
Istanbul – Genoa Increase from 4 weekly to 5 weekly. Service continues to be operated by Airbus A319
Istanbul – Kazan Boeing 737-800 replaces -700, 2 weekly service (Previously planned 1 of 2 weekly -800 replacing -700)
Istanbul – Lisbon 5 weekly Boeing 737-700 service. Planned 1 of 5 weekly service operated by -800 is shelved
Istanbul – Naples Planned Boeing 737-800 replacing Airbus A319 is shelved
Istanbul – New York JFK 11 weekly service operates with Boeing 777-300ER, replaces Daily 777 and 4 weekly A330-300
Istanbul – Rome Reduce from 18 to 14 weekly, same as W10. Previously planned to operate 17 weekly
Istanbul – Skopje Planned 2 of 7 weekly service operated by A319 instead of A320 is shelved
Istanbul – Sofia Reduce from 11 weekly to 9 weekly (Previously planned 10 weekly, but remains overall increase from Daily in W10)
Istanbul – Thessaloniki Airbus A319 replaces Airbus A320, 4 weekly. Previously planned 737-800 operating shelved
Istanbul – Turin Planned 3 weekly service operated by Boeing 737-800 instead of A319 is shelved
Istanbul – Valencia Planned 4 weekly service operated by Boeing 737-800 instead of A319 is shelved
