Il questi giorni di chiusura del forum si è assistito a una raffica di annunci delle tre big del golfo che hanno notevolmente aumentato la loro presenza su Manchester.
Ha iniziato prima Qatar che raddoppia i suoi voli da 1 a 2x daily, poco dopo è arrivata la risposta di Etihad che anche lei raddoppia da 1 a 2 daily, infine Emirates ha annuciato il passaggio da 2 a ben 3 daily di cui uno operato con A380. Ricordo che Manchester assieme a Londra è adesso l'unica destinazione europea in cui EK opera il 3 daily.
In totale si avranno ben 7 daily con WB (anche A380) tra Manchester e il golfo. Ok c'è molto traffico in connessione specie traffico etnico verso India e Pakistan ma non sarà un po' troppa tutta questa capacità complessiva?
