Alitalia: Sabelli, non c'e' alcun piano di fusione con Air France

Roma, 5 lug. - (Adnkronos) - L'ingresso di Alitalia nella joint venture transatlantica con Air France-Klm e Delta non e' propedeutico alla fusione della compagnia italiana con il gruppo franco-olandese. A metterlo in chiaro e' stato l'amministratore delegato di Alitalia Rocco Sabelli nel corso della conferenza stampa nel quale e' stato annunciato l'accordo che prevede la condivisione di costi e ricavi da parte delle compagnie partner sulle rotte transatlantiche.

''Air France -ha detto Sabelli- con il 25% e' azionista di maggioranza di Alitalia. Non c'e' nelle nostre prospettive un'operazione di fusione. Il fatto dirimente e' quello che stiamo facendo e cioe' joint venture virtuali che hanno gli stessi benefici di un merger, mantenendo le compagnie con una propria autonomia e brand e lasciandole separate sino a quando questo ha senso. Non c'e', dunque, alcun piano di fusione''.

Questa joint venture, ha poi aggiunto il presidente e ceo di Air France-Klm Pierre Henry Gourgeon ''era un nostro obiettivo fin dall'inizio''.
 
Mi chiedo se, in seguito all' ingresso di AZ nella JV atlantica, sarà possibile prenotare un MAN-JFK [for instance] operato da DL - operazione attualmente possibile via i siti AF e KL :doubt: Oppure se tale coinvolgimento di AZ andrà soltanto nell' ottica ricavi.

Alitalia: Sabelli, con jv a regime aumento Ebit per 50 mln

ROMA (MF-DJ)--"A regime, cioe' tra 2 o 3 anni, pensiamo che la cooperazione con Delta, perche' quella con Air France e' gia' contabilizzata, portera' una maggiorazione dell'Ebit pari a 50 milioni di euro".

Lo ha detto l'a.d. di Alitalia, Rocco Sabelli, sottolineando che l'accordo siglato oggi "e' una tappa fondamentale per il definitivo rilancio di Alitalia, a cui arriviamo nel pieno rispetto dei tempi". La joint venture, ha spiegato Sabelli, "ci consentira' di offrire un ampliamento del nostro network e delle destinazioni e avra' un beneficio importante sui conti di Alitalia. ROMA (MF-DJ)--Alitalia si e' unita oggi al gruppo Air France-Klm e a Delta nella principale joint venture transatlantica del trasporto aereo. Lanciata nel 2009, la jv mette a disposizione dei clienti in viaggio attraverso l'Atlantico un network unico e coordinato, e consente alle compagnie partner la condivisione di costi e ricavi delle proprie rotte transatlantiche. Con l'ingresso di Alitalia, la jv rappresenta il 26% della capacita' transatlantica esistete e genera ricavi stimati annui per 10 miliardi di dollari.

Il network transatlantico conta circa 250 voli e 55.000 posti offerti al giorno, con un perimetro geografico che include tutti i voli tra il Nord America e l'Europa, tra Amsterdam e l'India e tra il Nord America e Tahiti. Con la firma di oggi, Roma si unisce ad Amsterdam, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York e Parigi quale hub principale della joint venture, con ulteriori collegamenti transatlantici da Cincinnati, Milano Malpensa, Menphis e Salt Lake City.

La governance della joint venture sara' condivisa pariteticamente tra Alitalia, il gruppo Air France-Klm e Delta. Rappresentanti di Alitalia parteciperanno da subito agli 11 gruppi di lavoro della jv, costituiti per gestire l'accordo nelle diverse aree; Alitalia partecipera' inoltre a tutte le iniziative della jv, compresi i contratti comuni di vendita lanciati nel gennaio 2009.
