The Dreamliner's headed for ORD
We’re planning to bring some of our state-of-the-art, fuel-efficient Boeing 787 Dreamliners to ORD next March, just in time for summer flying.
Initially, we expect to fly the 787-9 and -10 variants out of ORD, and plan to add the -8 model to the schedule down the road. You’ll likely see the aircraft operate on flights to FRA, MUC (Munich) and BRU (Brussels) to begin with as the 787s will replace existing Boeing 777 flying in certain markets. As we get deeper into the summer of 2020, we anticipate transitioning additional routes to 787 service.
Excitement is building among our customers, too, who will enjoy the added comforts that the 787 offers, like a smoother, quieter ride and the latest cabin amenities.
