Vedendo il sito di Berlino Tegel ben 3 dei 4 voli in partenza questa mattina alle 6 sono stati cancellati, riporto qui sotto:

I voli Laudamotion su Brindisi verso Vienna e Berlino operati 1w hanno sostituito il Brindisi-Stoccolma Skavsta in precedenza 2w.
Ci guadagniamo in numero di voli visto che il Brindisi-Stoccolma operava fino a fine agosto, mentre quest'anno Vienna e Berlino operano fino a fine ottobre.

I voli Laudamotion su Brindisi verso Vienna e Berlino operati 1w hanno sostituito il Brindisi-Stoccolma Skavsta in precedenza 2w.
Ci guadagniamo in numero di voli visto che il Brindisi-Stoccolma operava fino a fine agosto, mentre quest'anno Vienna e Berlino operano fino a fine ottobre.

Provo a risponderti in base a ciò che mi hanno risposto dei colleghi in OE
Praticamente hanno degli slot alquanto brutti, in più Tegel ha una night restriction sui landing, in base a ciò molti aerei vengono o ritardati di molte ore oppure vengono mandati in diversion.
La conseguenza è che la base non ha crew standby per operare i voli, oppure non ha spare a/c.
Recentemente ha aperto la base DUS per OE, il primo giorno tutti gli aerei hanno dirottato a CGN, di conseguenza la Mattina dopo tutti i voli di early sono stati cancellati

Ce ne sono molti di problemi, a volte la crew arriva in un aeroporto e deve richiedere delle cose (ad esempio toilet kit) e l'aeroporto risponde che non hanno accordi con OE...
I voli da Berlino Tegel e Colonia sono operati con metallo FR.
Attualmente la base di Berlino Tegel conta 4 Boeing 737-800 marche EI-EXF , EI-GDH , EI-EBA , EI-ENC , mentre su Colonia un solo 737-800 marche EI-GDK

– Alcuni degli aerei che Lufthansa si è impegnata a consegnare saranno resi in ritardo dopo la stagione estiva, riducendo così ulteriormente la capacità di Laudamotion di occupare slot e offrire voli e servizi nell’estate 2018.
– Laudamotion avrà la possibilità di gestire una flotta di soli 19 aeromobili nell’estate 2018, di cui 10 aeromobili B737 concessi in leasing da Ryanair.
– Lufthansa Group ha ritardato il pagamento di oltre €1,5 milioni del*wet lease*(noleggio con equipaggio) dovuto a Laudamotion, per i voli che Laudamotion ha operato per Lufthansa a marzo, aprile e maggio.
Ryanair si impegna a promuovere la concorrenza e la scelta sui mercati austriaco, tedesco e spagnolo attraverso questo investimento in Laudamotion e ha invitato le*autorità garanti della concorrenza*a fermare i ripetuti abusi che Lufthansa opera nella sua posizione dominante e che sono mirati a danneggiare la concorrenza e i consumatori.

Laudamotion facing 'difficult' first year: Ryanair
Ryanair is expecting its Laudamotion affiliate to lose around €150 million ($176 million) in its first year, but is forecasting break-even by the third year of operations.
The Irish budget carrier has been cleared to increase its 24.9% shareholding in Laudamotion to 75% but says the affiliate is facing a “very difficult” first year, the result of “substantial” costs – including high fuel prices.
Ryanair says the late release of Laudamotion schedules and lower-than-expected fares are contributing to the situation, and it also claims interference from Lufthansa.
Laudamotion’s financial performance has not been incorporated into Ryanair’s first-quarter results to 30 June, and Ryanair is leaving its full-year guidance unchanged.
But the effects of higher fuel expenditure, lower fares and crew strikes led to a 20% fall in first-quarter net profit to €319 million.
Passenger numbers were up 7% and revenues by 9%, despite a 4% decline in average fares. But higher fuel and staff costs offset strong ancillary revenue growth in the quarter.
The carrier says first-quarter fares were “marginally” stronger than forecast, but the rise in second-quarter fares will be lower – just 1% compared with the predicted 4%.
While Ryanair has been taking steps to recognise unions, it says it has experienced “unnecessary” strikes, and is expecting further industrial action over the peak summer period.
“We are not prepared to conceded to unreasonable demands that will compromise either our low fares or our highly-efficient model,” it says.
“If these unnecessary strikes continue to damage customer confidence and forward prices [and] yields in certain country markets, then we will have to review our winter schedule.”
Ryanair warns that such measures could lead to fleet reductions and job losses. “We cannot allow our customers’ flights to be unnecessarily disrupted by a tiny minority of pilots,” it says. FG

La compagnia aerea low cost austriaca, di proprietà dell'ex campione di Formula Uno Niki Lauda, ha annunciato che entro l'estate 2019 raddoppierà la propria flotta, dagli attuali 9 Airbus ai 18 previsti. Il nuovo piano industriale segue l'accordo firmato lo scorso luglio con Ryanair, divenuto maggior azionista della società dopo averne acquisito il 75% del pacchetto azionario.

Ryanair takes full control of Laudamotion
Irish carrier Ryanair has taken full control of Austrian subsidiary Laudamotion and outlined plans to increase the unit's fleet to 30 Airbus aircraft for summer 2020.
Ryanair in March 2018 agreed a plan to take a 75% sake in the Austriancarrier, shortly after the Niki Lauda-controlled company had successfully bid for the assets of collapsed Air Berlin unit Niki.
The Irish carrier has today revealed that it completed the purchase of 100% of Laudamotion from NL Holdings in late December.
Laudamotion will carry around 4 million passengers across its first year of operations – the 12 months ending 31 March 2019 – and Ryanair has today outlined plans to almost double this over the next two years.
The carrier operated a fleet of 19 aircraft during the summer of 2018 and will increase this to 25 for the coming summer. The airline has also signed letters of intent with lessors to increase its fleet to 30 aircraft for the summer of 2020. In contrast to all-Boeing operator Ryanair, Laudamotion operates a fleet of Airbus narrowbodies and says all 30 aircraft with be Airbus models.
Laudamotion projects carrying 6 million passengers in the coming year, reaching 7.5 million for the year ending March 2021.
"With the backing of Ryanair, Laudamotion is set to grow strongly over the next three years to carry 10 million passengers per annum," adds Laudamotion chief executive Andreas Gruber. "We will release details of up to 20 new routes for winter 2019 once we have completed our airport and handling negotiations by the end of March."
Laudamotion operates from four bases and will double the number of aircraft based at Vienna to eight this summer, making the Austrian airport its largest base. The airline will deploy seven and three aircraft respectively this summer at the German airports of Dusseldorf and Stuttgart, and two at Spanish resort Palma.
Laudamotion deputy chief executive Colin Casey says: "We are currently negotiating new routes and handling agreements with more than 50 new airports."
He notes the airline is also looking looking beyond Austria and Germany at a further base. "In winter 2019 we hope to announce at least one new base, which will be outside of Austria and Germany, and there are a number of new airports both in central and western Europe who are pitching to win this business."
Ryanair earlier this month said Laudamotion had generated a better-than-expected unit cost performance over the winter and has trimmed the division's full-year loss guidance by 7% to €140 million ($160 million). FG
