Wizz Air plans Athens launch in 1Q18

Wizz Air on Monday (16OCT17) announced new service to Athens, the airline’s 144th destination. Between March and May 2018, the airline will gradually offer a total of 8 routes from the Greek capital. Planned new routes as follow.

Athens – Bucharest eff 25MAR18 1 daily
Athens – Budapest eff 25MAR18 4 weekly (Day x246, 1 daily from 18SEP18)
Athens – Chisinau eff 25MAR18 2 weekly (Day 37)
Athens – Cluj eff 25MAR18 2 weekly (Day 37)
Athens – Katowice eff 09MAR18 2 weekly (Day 26)
Athens – Kutaisi eff 17MAY18 2 weekly (Day 47)
Athens – Sofia eff 25MAR18 1 daily
