UE tratta accordo di opensky con l'Indonesia

Tra Ue e Indonesia accordi bilaterali per i voli

Si sono aperti i negoziati per stabilire nuovi accordi bilaterali per i collegamenti aerei tra i Paesi dell'Ue e l'Indonesia. La Commissione europea e il Governo indonesiano si sono incontrati per definire i termini dell'intesa che prevede la cancellazione delle restrizioni attualmente in vigore nei due stati. Pertanto qualunque compagnia aerea dell'Unione europea potrà operare voli da e per ogni Paese Ue da e verso e l'Indonesia. Per la Commissione europea si tratta del 40esimo accordo bilaterale 'orizzontale' negoziato. (TTG Italia)

E' un accordo di open sky a senso unico nel senso che le compagnie europee potranno volare in Indonesia ma non viceversa visto che le compagnie di quel Paese sono tutte nella lista nera UE.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE: Rome, July 15th 2009
Yesterday evening the Ministry of Transport of the European Union has lifted the ban imposed to Garuda Indonesia and other three Indonesian domestic carriers, which was imposed in July 2007.
This decision, very much expected both here in Europe and in Indonesia, has matured following to the very intensive exchange of relations and operational verifications exchanged between the EU Ministry of Transport and the Indonesian Civil Aviation authority during the two years of operational ban.
Both the Indonesian Ministry of Transport and the Director General of the Indonesian Civil Aviation have much appreciated the technical cooperation entertained with the European Ministry of Transport which could determine this very important achievement.
Garuda Indonesia is planning to resume flights from Amsterdam and Frankfurt from next March or June 2010, to be operated by Airbus 330/200.
