Consequently, no person may operate an aircraft to which an AD applies, except in accordance with the requirements of that AD unless otherwise specified by the Agency [EC 2042/2003 Annex I, Part M.A.303] or agreed with the Authority of the State of Registry [EC 216/2008, Article 14(4) exemption]. [FONT=Arial,Arial][FONT=Arial,Arial]A Falcon 7X experienced an uncontrolled pitch trim runaway during descent. The crew succeeded in recovering a stable situation and performed an uneventful landing. Analysis of the Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR) and Fault History Database (FHDB) confirmed the event, but did not allow explaining the origin of the pitch trim runaway. [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial,Arial]This condition, if occurring again, could lead to loss of control of the aeroplane. [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial,Arial]To address this potential unsafe condition, Dassault Aviation has proposed to EASA to prohibit, from the effective date of this AD, any flight operations of Falcon 7X aeroplanes, to which EASA agrees by issuing this AD. [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial,Arial]This AD is considered to be an interim measure pending the outcome of the investigation currently carried out by the manufacturer. Further AD action is expected to follow when additional information is available. [/FONT][/FONT]

cazzpita!!!! In questi casi gli operatori possono richiedere il rimborso per il fermo macchina??
Oppure devono sbrigarsi a noleggiare una (o più) macchine sostitutiva/e?

I lessors che dispongono di macchine di prestazioni simili staranno correggendo i prezzi per il leaisng....
 
attualmente sembra che Dassault si fara carico di parte di eventuali charter presi per far fronte al fermo macchina.

uhmmm. Magari hai ragione, malignamente stavo pensando al timone del 737, il portellone di carico dei DC-10 e dei primi 747: problemi noti e che hanno creato incidenti fatali, senza pero' portare ad un grounding di tutti i velivoli dello stesso genere.
 
Se fanno il check dovrebbe voler dire che hanno individuato l'origine del guasto, e quindi richiamano per verificare. O sbaglio?

Mi risulta che i DC-10 subirono una messa a terra forzata di tutti i velivoli.
 
risolto il problema... weeelll..

Pare che verra emesso un Service bulletin, installato un pulsante nuovo sul pedestrian di "Stab Trim Override"....

Dunque....trovato il problema... risolto escludendo il sistema... mooolto bene.
