Turkish Airlines to lease 3 Boeing 777 from Jet

Mumbai, Feb 8 (PTI) Turkish Airlines will lease three Boeing 777 aircraft from Jet Airways as per a latest agreement inked between the two carriers, sources close to the development said today.

"Turkish Airlines has signed a lease agreement with Jet Airways to take on lease three Boeing 777 wide-body aircraft.

The deal was signed last week," the sources said.

Turkish Airlines has already taken four Boeing 777 aircraft on lease from Jet Airways, which are currently on a 25-month dry lease. The lease period would be completed by November 2011.

Though the deal size is not known, according to market experts, a brand new Boeing 777-300ER or Boeing 777-200LR can fetch up to USD 1.2 million rental per month when on dry lease, as per present international market rates.

Se sbrigassero ad aprire IAD. ne parlano da qualche anno ormai...

é una delle priorità assolute, ma :

- devono avere le macchine disponibili (man mano che arrivano, aggiungono destinazioni)
- devono ricevere l'OK dagli USA

L'obiettivo è aprire LAX e IAD nel 2010.
