A German man was TIED UP by the crew on board a plane in Australia after he repeatedly smoked and allegedly became violent when they tried to stop him from doing so.

He has been charged by Australian Federal Police with one count of smoking on an aircraft, one count of assaulting crew and one count of assaulting crew affecting the performance of their duty
