Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental Test Plane Blows Tire on Landing in Seattle

A Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental test aircraft blew a tire while landing at Boeing Field in Seattle Saturday afternoon.
Boeing’s largest jet was completing only its third test flight when it landed on runway 13R and blew a tire on its second main landing gear bogey.
The jet was immediately surrounded by emergency vehicles and remains on the runway. There did not to appear to be significant damage or injuries.
