Ryanair : 5 nuove rotte da DUB anche TPS e AHO

RYANAIR ANNOUNCES 5 NEW ROUTES DUBLIN TO FUERTEVENTURA, TENERIFE, SARDINIA & SICILY & DERRY TO GLASGOW PRESTWICK
Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline today (Thursday, 21 st September 2006) announced five new routes for 2007, four from Dublin to Fuerteventura, Tenerife, Alghero and Trapani and one from Derry to Glasgow Prestwick.
This brings to 18 the number of new routes that Ryanair will launch from Dublin by February 2007. In summer 2007, Ryanair will operate 19 aircraft and 69 routes from Dublin. These new routes strengthen Ryanair’s position as Ireland’s national airline. Ryanair now:
1. Carries 42M pax annually
2. Offers more routes from Dublin (69) than any other airline
3. Carries 50% more passengers to/from Ireland (12M) than any other airline
4. Has an average fare (€41) that is half the price of any other airline

Announcing these 5 new routes at Ryanair’s AGM, Michael O’Leary, CEO said:
“Our new routes from Dublin in 2007 will allow even more passengers to travel to/from Europe and the UK for less than half the fares charged by Aer Lingus. Where they have a choice, more passengers prefer Ryanair because we give them the lowest fares, the youngest aircraft, the best punctuality, and a guarantee of no fuel surcharges.
“More than twice as many passengers travelling between Ireland and the UK choose Ryanair over Aer Lingus and this latest expansion of our low fare routes from Dublin will ensure that this success is replicated between Ireland and Europe.
“Seats on all of these new routes are FREE* on www.ryanair.com until midnight tonight and we advise passengers to book immediately as free seats to ex Aer Lingus high fare destinations will cause a stampede”.

tempo fa mi ricordo che girava una notizia che era sicuro che Ryan avrebbe aperto nuove rotte da PMO e non da TPS. Forse hai ragione tu la Gesap sta diventando cara.....magari se togliessero l'obbligatorio follow me

era la stessa notizia dove si parlava anche di un PSR-DUB!
Vabbè meglio non farla partire per niente piuttosto che cancellarla per carenza di prenotazioni![xx(]

Molto interessante lo sbarco di Ryanair alle Canarie con una rotta molto lunga per i suoi standard.
Credete che in futuro le Canarie potranno essere collegate anche ad altre basi Fr oltre a DUB? Magari anche verso l'Italia?

scusate come sempre l'ignoranza: ryanair vende anche a tour operator? nel tal caso, un 3x settimanale TPS-DUB non dovrebbe essere fantascienza, la provincia di trapani è abbastanza attrezzata per accogliere turismo invernale.
non so invece quanti trapanesi/palermitani/perfino catanesi debbano recarsi a DUB settimanalmente dalla sicilia...
beh, mio nipote vive e lavora a DUB, quindi almeno un cliente a natale lo avranno, e un altro (io) a gennaio, lo avranno pure, sono già 4 tratte!
volete però mettere la comodità di partire da TPS e sbarcare, piuttosto anchilosati ma soddisfatti dopo circa 3 ore a DUB, e senza smarrire i bagagli a FCO o a MXP?
non voglio neanche pensare ai commenti del mio cane nella gabbietta, nella stiva: dopo l'atterraggio azzannerà il primo dublinese che passa!
