The observation deck atop the Theme Building at Los Angeles International reopened this month. The deck, which offers a 360-degree view of the airport, closed for security reasons after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The Theme Building, which also features the retro-themed Encounter Restaurant, is considered a local landmark
