A quanto pare quest'anno gli OEM hanno deciso di curare anche l'aspetto commerciale.

Prima annuncio: Transaero firma un MoU per 8 x A320neo. Se confermato, diventerebbe Launch Customer per il tipo in Russia, lasciando alle spalle una legacy all-Boeing (e Tupolev prima):

Russian carrier Transaero is planning to break from its traditional preference for Boeing aircraft with an order for Airbus A320neos.
The Moscow-based airline disclosed a memorandum of understanding for eight of the type at the MAKS Moscow air show.
Transaero has an all-Boeing fleet apart from a couple of Tupolev Tu-214s.
The tentative order, if firmed, would make Transaero the launch customer for the A320neo in Russia.
It has not made an engine selection between the CFM International Leap and the Pratt & Whitney PW1100G.
"Operation of these new, very efficient aircraft will allow us to create optimal conditions for passengers on the expanding network of domestic and international destinations," said Transaero chief Olga Pleshakova.

The document also envisions an option for four aircraft.
Transaero has not operated Airbus planes before.
Airbus officials said the Neo A320 model, equipped with new engines, perfectly meets the requirements of the Russian market very well.
For Airbus, Russia is a big market, as it already operates 180 of its planes. Aeroflot, which owns 86 Airbus planes has been the largest Russian customer.

ZHUKOVSKY, Moscow region, August 16 (Itar-Tass) — Aircraft manufacturing corporations and airlines traditionally sum up the result of their operations and sign new agreements at aerospace shows and the MAKS’2011 show, which opens in the town of Zhukovsky near Moscow Tuesday, will not become an exception in this sense.
For instance, Russia’s national flag carrier Aeroflot is going to sign an agreement with the State Technology Corporation Rostekhnologii on the supplies of fifty jets in the MS-21 series, a well-informed source told Itar-Tass.
The document will supposedly be signed Wednesday, August 17. The jets will be financially leased.
MS-21 is a prospective family of medium-range jets being developed by the United Aircraft Corporation. Their immediate manufacturer, the Siberian corporation Irkut signed a definitive contract with Malaysia’s CRECOM Burj Resources on supplying fifty MS-21’s to it.
Officials at the United Aircraft Corporation /OAK/ hope the MS-21’s will get a share of 10% of the air passenger market some time in the future.
All in all, the OAK plans signing agreements for the supplies of about a hundred civilian jets. The supposed counterparts include the UTair airline, which is going to purchase 24 Sukhoi Superjets 100.
The first Superjet was handed to the Armenian airline Armavia April 19 and second Superjet, to Aeroflot June 9.
Over the first 30 days of operations, Armavia’s Superjet spent more than 168 hours in flight, carrying some 2,885 passengers over a total distance of 85,800 km.
The short-range Superjet will serve as platform for creating a Sukhoi Businessjet.
Two largest players in the international market of commercial aviation, Boeing and Airbus, said earlier they also plan signing a range of agreements.
Vladimir Borisov, the director general of the airshow believes the total value of agreements to be signed through to the end of this week may exceed $ 10 billion.

August 16, 2011, Zhukovsky (Moscow region) - At the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2011 Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and Indonesian regional carrier PT Sky Aviation signed the contract for the purchase of 12 Sukhoi Superjet 100/95B aircraft.
Earlier at Le Bourget Airshow Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and PT Sky Aviation signed the Heads of Agreement (HOA).
The order is valued at 379.2 million USD at list prices. The document was signed by Vladimir Prisyazhnyuk, President of JSC «Sukhoi Civil Aircraft» and Krisman Tarigan, President Director Sky Aviation.
Under the document signed, deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2012.
«PT Sky Aviation is a new airline successfully developing upcoming rout network of the South East Asia market. No doubt that the operational capacity and superior performance of Sukhoi Superjet 100 will contribute to the dynamic development of the airline route network. And it will help SSJ100 to acquire confident position in the region», - noted Vladimir Prisyazhnyuk.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 (RRJ-95) is a 100 seat regional jet designed, developed and built by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC), in partnership with Alenia Aeronautica. On May 19th 2008 SSJ100 successfully accomplished its first flight. The Sukhoi Superjet 100 cruises at a Maximum Operating Speed of Mach 0.81 and 40.000 feet. It takes off from a 1.731 meters runway in the basic range and 2.052 meters in the long range. The operating range for the basic version is 3.048 km and 4.578 km for the long range version. In February 2011, the SSJ100 obtained the Type Certificate by the Russian Certification Authority IAC AR. The EASA certification is expected to follow in 2011. On April 19th 2011 first production SSJ100 was delivered to Armavia airlines (Armenia).
Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company:
The Company’s shareholders are the Sukhoi Holding owing 75% - 1 share and the Italian Alenia Aeronautica, a Finmeccanica Company, holding 25% + 1 share since April 7, 2009. Самолет А320neo имеет новые, более эффективные двигатели и большие законцовки крыла, так называемые «Sharklets», что позволяет добиться 15% экономии топлива, что эквивалентно снижен расхода топлива на 1,4 миллион литров на один самолет в год. Это также позволяет снизить ежегодные выбросы углекислого газа на 3 600 тонн на один самолет. К тому же A320neo обеспечивает двузначное снижение выбросов диоксида азота, а также снижение уровня шума.

17 August 2011, Zhukovsky - Financial leasing agreement was signed at International Aviation and Space Salon “MAKS 2011” in Zhukovsky by JSC “VEB-Leasing”, subsidiary of State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank), UTair airline and JSC “Sukhoi Civil Aircraft”.

The agreement was signed by Vladimir Dmitriev, Chairman of Vnesheconombank (by attorney), on the part of JSC “VEB-Leasing”, by Andrey Martirosov, UTair CEO, and by Mikhail Pogosyan, JSC “UAC” President, on the part of JSC “SCA” (by attorney). The ceremony was attended by Vladimir Putin, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

According to the terms of the agreement JSC “VEB-Leasing” purchases 24 SSJ100 aircraft from JSC “SCA” and transfers them to UTair airline under conditions of long-term financial leasing.

Transaction totals 760.8 million USD (list price).

This will contribute to UTair fleet renewal, regional transportation development, and improve the quality level of transportation services.

Russia's state-run Rostekhnologii (Russian Technologies) corporation and Irkut Corporation (part of the state-run United Aircraft Corporation) signed on Wednesday a $3.8-billion contract for 50 MS-21 passenger jets.
The contract was signed by Rostekhnologii chief Sergei Chemezov and Irkut's Alexei Fyodorov.
The MS-21 is a family of twin-engine jet aircraft still under development by the Irkut and Yakovlev design bureaus, part of UAC.
It has a 150-212 seating capacity.
MS-21 planes will be produced in three modifications. It will be Russia's first plane with components made of carbon fiber.
The new technology will save 25% in fuel and 15% in maintenance costs, as well as reduce harm to the environment.

17 августа 2011 г. на Международном авиационно-космическом салоне МАКС-2011 Государственная корпорация «Ростехнологии» в лице своего дочернего предприятия, специализированной лизинговой компании ООО «Авиакапитал-Сервис», и ОАО «Корпорация «Иркут» заключили контракт на поставку 50 ближне- среднемагистральных самолетов МС-21 твердого заказа и 35 самолетов МС-21 опционального заказа.

Контракт подписан в присутствии Председателя Правительства Российской Федерации Владимира Путина. В церемонии подписания приняли участие генеральный директор ГК «Ростехнологии» Сергей Чемезов, президент ОАО «Объединенная авиастроительная корпорация» Михаил Погосян и генеральный директор ОАО «Аэрофлот» Виталий Савельев.

Со стороны заказчика контракт подписал генеральный директор ООО «Авиакапитал-Сервис» Роман Пахомов, со стороны исполнителя - президент ОАО «Корпорация «Иркут» Алексей Федоров.

В соответствии с условиями контракта, «Корпорация «Иркут» в период с 2017 по 2022 г. поставит «Авиакапитал-Сервису» 50 самолетов МС-21, в том числе 35 МС-21-300 и 15 МС-21-200.

Суммарная стоимость контракта по каталожным ценам в части твердого заказа – 3,8 млрд. долл.

Контрактом предусмотрено, что самолеты МС-21 по выбору Заказчика могут оснащаться двумя типами двигателей: ПД-14 ОАО «УК «Объединенная двигателестроительная корпорация» или PW1400G компании Pratt & Whitney, США.

Эксплуатантами самолетов будут авиакомпании группы «Аэрофлот», включая авиапредприятия, передаваемые национальному перевозчику Государственной корпорацией «Ростехнологии».

Реализация контракта будет способствовать развитию отечественной авиационной промышленности на основе высоких технологий мирового уровня и переоснащению российских авиакомпаний современными надежными и комфортабельными воздушными судами.

Справочная информация

Контракт является развитием соглашения о намерениях между Государственной корпорацией «Ростехнологии» и ОАО «Корпорация «Иркут», которое было подписано 17 сентября 2010 г. на экономическом форуме в Сочи. Программа МС-21 предусматривает создание семейства ближне- среднемагистральных пассажирских самолётов, имеющих широкие эксплуатационные возможности и ориентированных на российский и мировой рынки гражданских воздушных судов. Самолеты МС-21-300 и МС-21-200 позволяют перевозить, соответственно, 181 и 150 пассажиров в одноклассной компоновке.

Головной исполнитель программы – ОАО «Корпорация «Иркут». Создание семейства самолётов предусмотрено Федеральной целевой программой «Развитие гражданской авиационной техники России».

Предприятия, входящие в «Ростехнологии», являются производителями компонентов для МС-21. В частности, двигатель ПД-14 разрабатывается ОАО "Авиадвигатель" и будет выпускаться ОАО "Пермский моторный завод".

По техническому уровню МС-21 будет превосходить эксплуатируемые в настоящее время самолеты. Внедрение передовых технологий обеспечит 12-15-процентное снижение эксплуатационных расходов, повышение комфорта пассажиров и экипажа, а также высокий уровень безопасности полетов.

Работы по программе МС-21 идут по графику. Первый полет самолета планируется на 2014 г. Сертификацию базовой версии самолета по российским и международным нормам предполагается завершить в 2016 г.

Poi, a livello di rumors, ce ne sono due che riguardano SU
1) interesse per l'AN-140. Sarebbe anche interessante in quanto si potrebbe sostituire il SSJ sulle rotte attuali ed utilizzare quest'ultimo per coprire le rotte attualmente operate da Nordavia (a partire dal prossimo mese le strade con la ex controllata si separeranno ancora di più in quanto anche i programmi FF saranno diversi)
2) molto più importante, si parla di un interessamente di SU per il......380!!! A quanto sembra è stato creato un gruppo di studio all'interno della compagnia russa per valutare l'acquisto di cinque esemplari ma comunque niente verrà firmato al Maks. Delivery nel 2015/2016
