Scusate per il punto interrogativo, ma mi sembra che la KD Avia sia stata chiusa,
ho trovato questa notizia :

Ha definitivamente (questa volta davvero) sospeso tutte le vendite in data 01/09/09 e prevedono di revocarle l'AOC in data 14/09/09.

KD avia suspended ticket sales last week and Russia's federal air transport agency Rosaviatsiya plans to revoke the Kaliningrad-based airline's operating certificate on Sept. 14. Rosaviatsiya head Gennady Kurzenkov told ITAR-Tass that KD "has been notified in advance its certificate will be revoked. The air carrier has a chance to inform its passengers, personnel and agents about that." Russian media was reporting that the airline faces heavy debts, is having difficulty making lease payments on its 15 737s and suffered a 35.5% drop in passenger numbers in the first half of 2009.
