Iran Air W11 International Operation Changes as of 12OCT11

As per 12OCT11 GDS timetable and inventory display, as well as the airlines’ PDF timetable, Iran Air’s latest changes for Winter 2011/12 operation as follows.
In Winter 2011/12 season, the airline will cancel service to Geneva, while plans to resume service to Rome is shelved.
Details:
Tehran – Amsterdam 2 weekly A310 service maintained from Summer season, overall reduction from 3 in W10
Tehran – Beirut 1 weekly each of A310 and A320 service
Tehran – Damascus Reduces from 4 to 3 weekly, Airbus A300 service
Tehran – Frankfurt NONSTOP service reduce from 4 to 2 weekly
Day 1 operates Tehran – Frankfurt terminator routing, A300-600R service
Day 36 operates Tehran – Vienna – Frankfurt, A300-600R service (Overall service to Vienna remains 2 weekly)
Tehran – Gothenburg Airbus A300-600R replace A310, 1 weekly (Previously mentioned on this site and remains unchanged)
Tehran – Istanbul Ataturk Increases from 3 to 4 weekly. Boeing 747SP and Airbus A300 operates twice weekly each
Tehran – Karachi 1 weekly service, Airbus A320 replaces Boeing 727. (A320 also operated this route in W10)
Tehran – Kuala Lumpur Planned reduction from 5 to 4 weekly cancelled. Boeing 747SP continues 5 weekly flights
Tehran – Milan Malpensa 1 weekly service moves from Day 5 to Day 6 (IR timetable displays Day 3 service, which is incorrect), A310 operating
