Filippine, l'aereo va lungo: il drammatico atterraggio dal finestrino

Atterraggio da incubo per 135 passeggeri a bordo di un aereo della Airphil Express, compania low cost che opera nelle Filippine. All'Airbus, decollato a Manila, non è bastata la pista d'atterraggio dell'aeroporto di Kalibo: il velivolo si è fermato circa sessanta metri dopo la fine dell'asfalto, riuscendo a frenare solo sul prato circostante. Uno dei passeggeri ha documentato il tutto con il proprio cellulare. Le riprese mostrano anche i soccorsi: una squadra di pompieri cerca di spengere il fuoco divampato - stando alle testimonianze delle persone a bordo - in uno dei motori. L'incidente non ha provocato feriti.

Non sono un pilota per poter esaminare e tantomeno giudicare ma mi sembra un atterraggio un po' improvvisato: solo pochi istanti prima della toccata sulla pista i piloti avvertono i membri dell'equipaggio dell'atterraggio, le ruote toccano terrà a circa metà pista ...
 
Alla faccia del "panico a bordo" che di norma si legge, qua ridevano tutti!
A naso, mi pare di avere chiaramente sentito che l'intervento dei pompieri fosse per raffredare i freni.
 
Anche a me pare arrivato un po lungo e forse un tantino veloce ( ma potrei essere ingannato dal video e parlo da non pilota )
Credo anche io che i pompieri raffreddassero i freni/pneumatici.
 
An Airphil Express Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C3227 performing flight 2P-969 from Manila to Kalibo (Philippines) with 135 people on board, overran runway 23 by about 60 meters while landing in Kalibo (main city of Aklan province) around 10:32L (02:32Z). The aircraft stopped safely but was disabled with all gear on soft ground, no injuries and no damage occurred.

Observers on the ground reported the right hand gear emitted smoke during the landing roll prompting an immediate response by emergency services, who doused the right hand main gear after the aircraft came to a stop.

The runway was closed for about 4 hours until the aircraft was towed off the runway.

No Metars are available, the local weather station reported visibilities of 8 to 16km between 02:00L and 11:00L, light rain at 02:00L and 05:00L, light mist subsequently, light winds from north/northeast up to 08:00L and winds from eastnortheast at 25 kph (13.5 knots) at 11:00L, temperatures between 24 and 28 degrees C.
