Prendendo spunto da una recente discussione qui sul forum, vi chiederei quali sono gli aeroporti più severi per le noise and pollution restrictions e quali sono questi limiti.
Esistono delle differenze di landing fees in base alle classi di inquinamento acustico e ambientale dell'aeromobile? Se sì dove?

Quali sono gli A/M più vicini ai limiti di legge e che dunque rischiano di diventare "illegali" in alcuni aeroporti?

ti propongo una noise presa a caso (frankfurt, da AIP tetesco):

2. Noise Abatement
2.1 Restrictions in Night Flying as well as Operational Restrictions of Chapter 2 Airplanes outside Night Time for Civil Aviation
2.1.1 Aircraft without a noise certificate in accordance with ICAO Annex 16 are not permitted to take off or land.
2.2 Aircraft with a noise certificate in accordance with ICAO Annex 16, Volume
1, Part II, Chapter 2 are not permitted to take off or land as follows:
ab / from 1 NOV 1999 1900 (1800) – 0700 (0600) an allen Wochentagen / on all weekdays
ab / from 1 APR 2000 zusätzlich / in addition Sat 1900 (1800) – Mon 0700 (0600)
ab / from 1 APR 2001 zusätzlich / in addition Fri 1900 (1800) – Mon 0700 (0600)
2.3 For aircraft with a noise certificate in accordance with ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Part II, Chapter 3, the following restrictions apply:
2.3.1 Take-offs and landings of flights are not permitted unless they have been coordinated at least one day in advance by the Scheduling Coordinator
(ad hoc Charter flights, in particular individual flights for specific reasons, but of no public interest).
2100 (2000) – 0500 (0400)
2.3.2 Take-offs and landings for the performance of exercise flights, check flights, and training flights are not permitted
2200 (2100) – 0500 (0400)
2.3.3 Landings are not permitted for any kinds of flights
2300 (2200) – 0400 (0300)
2.4 Exceptions:
2.4.1 Excluded from the restrictions according to Paras 2.1 to 2.3 are:
2.4.1.1 Landings of aircraft provably approaching Frankfurt Main Airport as alternate aerodrome for meteorological, technical or other safety reasons as
well as take-offs and landings of aircraft rendering medical assistance or on missions in disasters, evacuation flights.
2.4.1.2 Flights in the special interest of the public.
2.4.2 Excluded from the restrictions according to Paras 2.2 and 2.3 are:
2.4.2.1 Take-offs and landings of aircraft used for checking radio and radar as well as airport facilities.
2.4.3 Excluded from the restrictions only according to Para 2.3 are:
Aircraft of operators having proved to the approving authority that their main base and maintenance facilities are located at Frankfurt; however, such
aircraft are not permitted to land between 0000 and 0300 (2300 and 0200).
2.5 In justified cases, the approving authority may grant exceptions on request for particular and specified flights.

Orange County, in California, è sicuramente uno dei più restrittivi. non ho a portata di mano i dati.
