Air Caraibes acquista Corsair


Con questa fusione nasce una compagnia con una interessante massa critica sulle rotte leisure ed etniche di lungo raggio da Parigi.
 
In order to secure the deal, TUI has agreed to recapitalize Corsair ahead of the transaction, Pascal de Izaguirre, who runs the German company’s French operations, said at the press conference, where terms weren’t revealed.

Dubreuil, who sold French carrier Regional Airlines to Air France in 2000, said today he plans to sign a lease deal for three A350s from an unspecified supplier, adding to six of the wide-body twinjets that are already due to arrive from 2016 through 2023
