Low-cost carrier now operates four flights per week to Turkey and offers value holiday packages
Sharjah, July 7, 2009: Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, announced today that it has doubled the frequency of non-stop service between the carrier’s main hub in Sharjah, UAE, and the Turkish city of Istanbul. In line with increasing seasonal demand for low-cost service to the largest city in Turkey, which is also the country’s cultural capital, Air Arabia now flies to Istanbul four times per week.
The LCC offers flights to Istanbul on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. On Tuesdays and Fridays, flights depart Sharjah at 12:40PM and arrive in Istanbul at 16:05PM. Return flights depart Istanbul on the same days at 16:50PM and arrive in Sharjah at 21:55PM.
On Wednesday and Sundays, flights depart Sharjah at 21:45PM and arrive in Istanbul at 1:10AM on the following day. Return flights depart Istanbul at 1:55AM on Mondays and Thursdays and arrive in Sharjah at 7:00AM.
