A320 Jetblue - Brake fire a Sacramento

A Jetblue Airbus A320-200, registration N590JB performing flight B6-262 from Long Beach,CA to Sacramento,CA (USA) with 86 passengers and 5 crew, landed on Sacramento's runway 16R when all 4 main gear tyres blew and fire became visible from the undercarriage. The airplane came to a safe stop on the runway, emergency services responded and cooled the undercarriage, the airplane was evacuated via slides. 5 people received minor injuries in the evacuation.

The airport said, 15 people were injured in the evacuation.

The airline said, the airplane suffered brakes problems causing a brakes fire upon landing. The crew initiated an evacuation as a precaution. 5 passengers were injured in the evacuation.

Passengers said, they felt and heard a thud upon touchdown before sparks and flames became visible at the left hand side. The crew announced that the brakes had locked. About a minute later the crew started the evacuation.

potrebbe essere stato causato dall'atterraggio piuttosto pesante...fortunatamente tutto bene!
 
L'atterraggio pesante non c'entra niente, con quello potresti avere un cedimento strutturale. Bisogna invece vedere se hanno usato i freni in modo appropriato e in che stato si trovavano.
 
EEEhhhhh si anche se sei sul super tecnologico Airbus , dovresti usare quella strana cosa che gli inglesi chiamano airmanship.Ci sono molte cose che la tecnologia puo fare , per tutto il resto servono i piloti.
