Salve
Vorrei maggiori informazioni per un ritardo EZY di oltre 3 ore.
Il meteo all' aeroporto di partenza ed arrivo sono perfetti, se però l'aereo arriva da un altro aeroporto con un ritardo accumulato per maltempo come si procede?
Ho diritto alla compensazione o meno?

No matter how bad the weather was, the airline shouldn’t refuse to pay you flight delay compensation if it didn’t directly affect your specific flight. So if your flight delay was a result of an earlier flight being affected by bad weather you should be able to claim flight delay compensation.

If your flight was directly affected by the bad weather, the only time you might not be able to claim flight delay compensation is if one of the following three things happened:

The weather conditions were ‘freak’ or ‘wholly exceptional’ (like a volcanic ash cloud or hurricane)
Air Traffic Control (ATC) made a decision to delay or cancel flights because of the weather
An airport was closed due to bad weather
