m'ha risposto un (presumo) indiano dicendomi, in inglese, che sono troppo qualificato....
ma la mia domanda è: l'ha letto il cv visto che era in italiano???

Dipende dalla tua laurea, dal tuo settore di interesse, dal tipo di stage. Di certo uno stage/internship in una qualsivoglia grande compagnia è valutato positivamente in sede di selezione; se aggiungi poi il clima economico attuale...

laurea in ingegneria gestionale, passione per l'aviazione civile, stage "one shot" ovvero al termine arrivederci e grazie assai probabile visti i cassaintegrati da riassorbire.
puoi specificare meglio quando parli di sede di selezione? di un'altra compagnia o per qualsiasi azienda di qualsiasi settore?

Volotea is looking to recruit the right candidate for their strategic department as Charter Manager, based in
Barcelona
Some of the responsibilities and Duties are:
 Responsible for managing all actions/activities of the Charter Department
 Coordinate and manage the relations with all charter clients, brokers, agencies and partners to achieve and exceed
the pre-set budgets for charter sales
 Meet regularly with upper management to follow-up on all business development and charter sales issues, while
participating in reviewing and evaluating any opportunities presented to the company.
 Play a leading role in the development strategy for the Charter Department, while also identifying new potential
markets, brokers, and partners for the company
 Identify changes in the industry environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the
organization's charter sales plan and strategy accordingly.
Duties:
 Manage the Charter Department with the overall goal of increasing sales, generating revenue and reinforcing
brand(s) presence
 Act as a line manager to the Charter Sales Department by managing its day-to-day operations
 Initiate primary and secondary research with the goal of deeper understanding of target customers motivations and
characteristics
 Build productive and sustainable relationship with clients, agencies, brokers and industry players with the aim of
maximizing revenues for the company
 Capability of understanding (and building) charter schedule rotations, as well as traffic rights or airport slots related
constraints
 Keep relations with operational and financial departments to evaluate route feasibility and profitability
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience within the airline industry.
Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role.
Knowledge of an Airline operation
Experience of direct contact with clients, agencies, brokers an industry Players.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
Experience working in fast-paced environments with regularly shifting priorities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
High level English and Spanish language skills (spoken – Written) Desirable: French and/or Italian Languages.
Excellent proficient in Microsoft Office (word,excel, outlook,…)

Sì, sono luoghi dove EN ha intenzione di aprire delle mini-basi per gli equipaggi.

Sicuramente pensano di attrarre le nuove leve con la prospettiva di poter lavorare da casa propria.

Air Dolomiti che pretende il tedesco... A me fa venire un po' di verminara.
Ma forse, sentendo il livello medio di tedesco parlato dagli assistenti di volo EN, non pretendono un livello perfetto, ma almeno di riuscire a leggere gli annunci correttamente e capirsi con i passeggeri in maniera soddisfacente. Da Monaco, e anche da Francoforte adesso, mi pare, effettuano per conto di Lufthansa voli anche per altri paesi europei, oltre che verso l'Italia, quindi è facile che la proporzione di passeggeri che parlano tedesco sia più elevata.
