- Mandatory proof of full vaccination
Present your certificate of full vaccination issued by the country where your vaccination was administered. If you were vaccinated in the UK you must present your NHS digital pass or official paper certificate.
People with 1 vaccine dose + COVID recovery certificate are not considered fully vaccinated under the Belgian rules.

You are
considered as fully vaccinated 2 weeks after your last vaccination dose. The following COVID-19 vaccines are recognised by Belgium:
• Pfizer/BioNTech
• Moderna
• AstraZeneca/Oxford
• Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
• Covishield
Important: People with 1 vaccine dose + COVID recovery certificate are not considered fully vaccinated under Belgian rules.

If you have proof of a negative pre-travel COVID test
There’s no need to quarantine if you can prove you’ve taken a negative PCR test no more than 72 hours before arrival, or a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) taken the day before or on the day of travel.

If you do not have proof of a negative pre-travel COVID test
You must take a PCR or RAT test on day 1 or 2 following your arrival in Belgium. You must self-isolate until you get a negative result.

There’s no need to self-isolate on arrival.

not an EU national or Belgian resident, you can only travel to Belgium for

If you are not a resident of Belgium, you must present
one of the following forms of proof that you are COVID-free:
• Certificate showing you have recovered from COVID-19
• Negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival
• Negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) taken the day before, or earlier on the same day, you travel

Upon arrival, self-isolate for 10 days. Take a test (PCR or Rapid Antigen Test) on day 1 and 7. Your quarantine may be shortened if the second test on day 7 is negative.
